Who is the Clearhead weekend workshop for?

The Clearhead workshop is designed to help those who are ready and willing to make positive changes around their use of Cannabis.

You will need to be 21 years or over. If you are receiving medication for mental health problems you will require a letter from your health practitioner or therapist explaining your treatment regime. You will also need to understand and make yourself understood in English, as well as fill out the assessment form linked to the bottom of this page.

Many of us are familiar with the I'll stop tomorrow syndrome where much as we want things to be different this time when tomorrow eventually comes around we're not still not quite ready. Meantime we may have stepped up our addictive activity because after all we reason that tomorrow = the day we will never use cannabis again so we had better get as much THC in to our system as possible.

All this cycle does is ratchet up your tolerance level another notch just when you should be reducing your intake before your quit date

With clearhead we are giving you a firm date to work towards as well as support to help you prepare mindfully for what is often a very significant moment.

Finally please think long and hard if you are coming on the weekend for the benefit of your partner, your parents or your boss. This is about your choices.

If you are ready to make positive changes around your use of cannabis click here to apply on-line for one of our workshops. Dates, venues and costs can be found here.
